A Filipino restaurant received a complaint from a customer after they discovered insects in the meal they ordered.
The said restaurant in Pasay has been called out by netizen Shannel Caravana, asking why the said establishment disregarded the cleanliness of the food they were serving.
In the photos posted by Caravana, it showed that the dish where the insects were found was almost eaten already by her family members.
She even showed that they spend P4,115 at the said restaurant only to be served dirty food.
“Ang na-served samin na food may 2 ipis sa ulam (lengua) tapos isa sa KANIN. They dont check before they serve!!!KAHIT KILALANG RESTAURANT MADUMI PARIN!!!” she said.
Caravana personally complained to the management but they refused to give an official report to the incident.
The restaurant explained that they’re currently renovating the establishment.
“Ayaw magbgay incident report. Yan daw tlga problema nila tlaga kaya pinaparenovate nila sabi ko bkit p kayo ng ooperate?” she said.
She even called the attention of the Pasay City LGU to investigate the said restaurant on how they’re preparing their food.

Some friends of the netizen also expressed their disappointment with the restaurant.
“Nakakainis talga ung ganyan no? parang hndi na nila chinecheck ung iseserved nila, or parang wala silang paki sa tao na kakain, sana tindahan nalang sila ng sapatos,” netizen Daren said.
“First and foremost —– restaurant nasa food industry and dapat alam nila ang protocol. Nagbabayad ka ng maayos pero iseserved sayo may ipis? So dapat pala ngaun bago ka kumain check mo muna lahat ng inorder. Paano yung mga customer na nagtitiwala malinis ang iseserved na food tapos after ganyan makikita? Hindi na siguro sila ipopost kung nahandle nila ng maayos yung situation.” netizen Thetet remarked.
