Moreno was surprised to see a bunch of waste left by the vendors who were allowed to do their businesses every night.

The Mayor seems speechless while walking around the area and couldn’t do anything other than scratching his head.

Pinaghahanap buhay ko na nga kayo eh,” he added.

One vendor even recorded Moreno while speaking to them.

“Ano yang vini-video mo? Hindi naman ako nahihiya sa ginagawa ko, kayo ang mahiya sa ginagawa ninyo…” he said.

Moreno stated that even if he already gave a chance to the vendors, they didn’t appreciate it and kept their unsanitary practices.

After inspecting the area, Moreno told the Manila Police to guard the area 24/7 because he’s not going to allowed night vendors anymore to do their businesses along Ylaya Street.

Moreno already told the vendors several times that they should clean their own garbage before leaving their area.
