Radio host and blogger Mark Lopez criticized Vice President Leni Robredo after the latter asked the Inter-agency Committee on Anti-illegal Drugs for the data related to the results of Oplan Tokhang.
On a Facebook post, Lopez questioned Vice President Robredo for asking data from the government while she already stated statistics during her controversial video message to the United Nations in 2017.
According to Lopez, Robredo’s recent statement is an admission that the Vice President didn’t mention factual statistics on her video.
“Eh ano yung mga “datos’ na pinagkakalat mo noon? Ano yung pigura na ipinagsigawan mo sa video mo addressing the UN?!!!” Lopez said.
“Ang dami mo satsat sa war on drugs tapos ngayon lumalabas wala ka pala talaga alam?!” he added.
Robredo claimed on the said video message that there are already 7,000 lives lost during the Oplan Tokhang.
However, on November 8, Robredo said that she set a meeting with ICAD because she wanted to know where to start and ask for statistics.
“The reason why I requested for this meeting with you is gusto kong malaman kung saan ako magsisimula at datos,” Robredo told the members of ICAD at the reception hall of the Office of the Vice President in Quezon City.
