In the video, Andi is shown taking a selfie with a female fan when another male fan cram in and tries to point his phone at the actress.

Andi quickly told the man to wait for his turn.

The video received mixed reactions on social media, saying that Andi may be put on the bad light due to the attitude of some Filipinos towards celebrities who became assertive with their fans.

A social media personality couldn’t stop himself from criticizing how BINI was trying to allegedly conceal themselves from the public during their arrival at an airport.

In a Facebook post, Tio Moreno compared the girl group to Sarah Geronimo, who didn’t try to hide their identity in public places.

“Sarah Geronimo has been in the music and entertainment industry for over two decades, and her fame remains undiminished. She can dance, sing, act, and model, showcasing her multi-talented and record-breaking abilities,” Tio said.

“Sara continues to meet the expectations of her supporters and fans with her humility. She never acts like a “disney princess,” whether at the airport or as a guest at events. Her humility sets her apart from others. I hope BINI will follow her example,” he added.

Tio’s post raised the eyebrows of blooms and insisted that BINI members have the right to privacy.

However, Tio argued that they were public figures.

He also cited several court decisions to prove his point.

“The right of privacy of a “public figure” is necessarily narrower than that of an ordinary citizen. Criticisms or commentaries on their conduct related to their public roles are generally considered matters of public interest and are protected by the freedom of speech and of the press,” he explained.

“If you still do not comprehend the issue, it is no longer my concern. Should you wish for the BINI members to avoid public scrutiny, you should advise them to resign from their positions and seek alternative employment that does not subject them to public criticism,” he added.

The netizen also clarified that he was a BINI fan and only criticized their excessive ways of concealing themselves.

A former action star and ‘That’s Entertainment’ actor, Arthur Benedicto surprised the public when she finally resurfaced again as a transgender woman.

Bambi was currently working as a talent manager for aspiring artists who wanted to work in Japan.

She also planned to establish a comedy bar in the country and hire celebrity guests.

Update: Phoemela’s camp clarified that they hadn’t traveled to Boracay since 2021.

Television host Phoemela Baranda received tremendous criticism on social media after being tagged in a complaint published by an airline passenger.

In a Facebook post, a netizen called out Air Asia Philippines for allowing a certain “celebrity” to get the seat she reserved during the booking.

“From Manila to Caticlan, I was surprised to see someone already sitting in my window seat during boarding time. The child was seated by the window, the mother in the middle, and their helper in the aisle. I showed them my boarding pass, thinking that they may have made a mistake,” the complainant said.

“They then asked me to sit across from them, which was an aisle seat. Maybe they weren’t seated together due to the seating arrangement. But if they wanted to sit together, they should have paid for their seats instead of taking someone else’s without even asking.

“It felt like a disrespectful act by someone who considers themselves a celebrity. They were using their celebrity status. Even the flight attendant was accomodating and helped them to steal my seat,” the complainant added.

A netizen, in a now-deleted comment, named Phoemela as the celebrity being mentioned by the complainant.

After she was tagged, netizens started to swarm Phoemela’s social media page and called her out.

As of writing, Phoemela has yet to respond to the accusations against her.

Phoemela became known for being the host of the reality show Extra Challenge as a replacement for its original host, Miriam Quiambao.

Footage of Maris Racal and Anthony Jennings while dancing during an event went viral on social media amid the breakup between the actress and OPM legend Rico Blanco.

Direk Mae Cruz Alviar uploaded the video to social media on March 2, but it resurfaced after Maris and Rico’s breakup.

It can be recalled that Anthony was tagged as the third party of the breakup.

Social media personality Xian Gaza supported Maris Racal’s decision to end her relationship with Rico Blanco.

Despite their 25-year age gap, Maris and Rico proved that love is beyond age after their five-year romance.

Priscilla Meirelles couldn’t stop herself from being saddened by the acts of her husband, John Estrada.
