Abegail Rait released an official statement on the controversy she started after claiming she was another woman of the late rapper Francis Magalona.

In her statement, Abegail apologized to the Magalona family, saying that she was not proud of what she did during her appearance on ‘Pinoy Pawnstars,’ where she narrated how she met Francis and even claimed that their relationship bore fruit.

“Sa lahat po ng nasaktan, sa pamilya po ni Kiko, humihingi po ako ng dispensa sa lahat ng kaguluhang ‘to. Hindi ko po pinagmamalaki ang naging pagkakasala ko pero tao lang po ako. Hindi ako perpekto. ‘Di po ako magpe-pretend ng kung anu-ano,” she said.

“Kung mali man po ang paglantad naming mag-ina, I’m sorry,”  she added.

She even hinted that Francis was already single when they met.

“Hindi n’yo ako kailangang husgahan… Hindi ako maalam sa batas pero ang tanong ko po, ang hindi alam ng nakararami, na nung nagkarelasyon kami ni Kiko, hanggang sa mamatay siya, alam ko kung ano ang estado ko sa buhay niya,” she stated.

According to her, she was already pregnant when Francis was diagnosed with Leukemia, but she chose not to let the Master Rapper live with her as respect to Pia.

As of writing the Magalona family has yet to give any response to the statement made by Abegail.

Actor Jim Pebanco revealed his romantic relationship with award-winning director Joel Lamangan.

In an interview with Pep.ph, Jim said that he met Joel in the 80s when he auditioned in one of the movies produced by the director.

According to him, the two became close after he became a theater actor.

“Nag-o-audition ako, nakita niya ako. Nagalingan siguro sa akin. Nag-o-audition ako sa mga musical plays before kasi kumakanta ako. ‘Tapos, nakakapasa naman ako. Tapos, nagkaroon ako ng scholarship sa CCP and that’s it. And there I was trained,” he said.

“Kumakanta ako sa isang piano bar sa Roxas Boulevard during the early ’80s. Ang mga kasama niya [Joel], mga direktor din—sina Soxie Topacio at Khryss Adalia,” he added.

He said that they’d been in a relationship for more than three decades, and he gladly shared the secret of their bond.

“Ano iyan, e, dapat pati yung kagandahan, kabutihan, at saka medyo yung quirks. At saka kailangan dapat tatanggapin mo yun and learn how to compromise. At saka araw-araw, learning experience iyan, e. Hindi madali,” he stated.

“Dapat intindihin mo ang pagkatao ng kasama mo. Pati yung kanyang mga topak, yung mga mood swings, and don’t be afraid na matuto ka araw-araw kasi meron kang nakikita, e. At saka meron kang nalalaman araw-araw,” he added.

Meanwhile, Joel was currently popular on social media, not because of the movie he directed, but because of the character he’d been portrayed on FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.

Miss Grand International (MGI) President Nawat Itsaragrisil had had enough with Miss Universe 2014 MJ Lastimosa.

In his live video, Nawat told MJ she was not welcome to attend the future pageants connected to MGI.

“I think we don’t have anymore relationship in between MJ and our organization and myself, don’t come to Miss Grand anymore. I don’t want to meet people like you,” he said.

Nawat even described MJ as ‘no brain’ because of her statements against MGI.

The issue started when MJ proclaimed MGI as the worst beauty pageant organization in the world.

MJ even laughed at Nawat’s organization, which possibly dismayed the businessman.

Meanwhile, Nawat was saddened that many beauty contestant didn’t appreciate the opportunities they received because of his organization.

“There are’nt enough words to describe this experience and how many door have opened because of MGI! It’s sad to see people who haven’t experience it try to bring it down. As they say if you have naothing nice to say don’t say anything at all,” he said.

Meanwhile, MJ posted a short tweet after Nawat’s statement went viral.

“Kuhang kuha mare,” she said.

Celebrity fortune teller Rudy Baldwin shared a ‘vision’ she shared last August, several months before director and comedian Joey Paras passed away.

On November 1, Rudy reposted the vision about a director who would be rushed to the hospital due to health problems.

“Isang direktor sa pelikula ang biglang inataki sa sakit nya nadala pa ito sa hospital ngunit ito ay nasawi lang po,” said Rudy. “Lagi po nating tandaan at maging maingat palagi dahil ang buhay natin ay hiram lamang at huwag makalimot na manalangin palagi,”

It can be recalled that Joey was rushed to the hospital due to his health problems.

“Dinala po agad siya sa Metro South Medical Center dahil ito ang pinakamalapit na ospital sa bahay niya. May konting heartbeat pa raw po si Tito Joey na sinubukan na i-revive at nilagyan ng tubo, pero nag-flatline na siya,” Joey’s niece, Zciara Shyne Sinchon-Fabian said.

Joey has already been facing heart problems since 2016 and has already undergone two major operations.

His family also experienced financial difficulties due to the sudden incident which cost them around P55,000 for medical expenses and P130,000 for his burial.

After her relationship with Ricci Rivero, it seems that Kapamilya actress Andrea Brillantes was already having suitors.

In an interview, Andre, who’s the child of Aiko Melendez and Jomari Yllana, admitted that he had a crush on Andrea and even dedicated a message to the actress.

“Papakabait ka palagi. Mag-iingat ka palagi kung hindi ako mag-iingat sa’yo,” he said.

As of writing, Andrea has yet to respond to Andre’s message to her.

Meanwhile, some netizens questioned the Andre’s intention.

Jinky Cubillen-Anderson, popularly known as ‘Madam Kilay,’ couldn’t hide her disappointment at her sister Joy Cubillen’s response to her.

It can be recalled that Jinky accused Joy of withdrawing the P2.5-M she entrusted to her sister.

Jinky didn’t buy an alibi for Joy and challenged her sister to show the records of her bank account.

Jinky also showed evidence that Joy transferred the money to her account.

It’s unknown whether Jinky will take legal action against her sister.

However, some experts said Jinky might be challenged to prove her accusations as she allowed the account to be named under her sister.

Raquel Pempengco talked about her issues with Jake Zyrus since the latter decided to transition from Charice Pempengco.

In an interview with Morly Alinio, Raquel narrated that when she was carrying Jake in her womb, she really wished that her baby was a female, and she was happy when God granted her wish.

“Nung pinagbubuntis ko siya, namata ako ng siyam na buwan para maging [ang anak ko],” said Raquel.

However, she lost all her hope when Jake became a man.

However, despite their differences, Raquel said that she still considers Jake as part of her family.

Former senator Kiko Pangilinan flexed his wife, Sharon Cuneta, after the ‘Dear Heart’ reunion concert between the megastar and her former husband, Gabby Concepcion.

The said concert went viral on social media after Sharon and Gabby showed their sweetness to each other in front of hundreds of fans who attended the event.

Sharon and Gabby’s daughter, KC Concepcion, even attended the concert to witness the most-awaited reunion between her parents, who separated in 1993.

Some netizens, during the concert, forgot that Sharon was already married, but Pangilinan helped them to remember it.

In a radio interview, Panilinan said that he was supportive of Sharon’s concert.

“She has my 110% support and I am very proud of her commitment and dedication sa kanyang trabaho. Nandiyan ang aking support walang problema ru’n dahil ang mag-asawa naman ay dapat nagtutululungan sa kanilang mga career at proyekto,” he said.

Content creator Rendon Labador revealed the reason why he started to be ‘motivated’ in life, as most people knew him.

In an interview with Anthony “Ka Tunying” Taberna, Rendon said that he started pursuing success when own his father, retired PNP General Lito Labador, told him that he was a worthless individual.

Rendon said that his father believed that he only had friends because his parent was influential.

“Ang sabi sa akin ni Erpat, ‘kaya ka lang kinakaibigan ng mga kaibigan mo ngayon dahil general ako. Ikaw wala kang kwenta. Who you ka! Kapag ako nag-retire or nawala na ako, wala nang papansin sa’yo. Pinapansin ka lang ng tao dahil may makukuha sila sa’yo.’” he said.

“So, nu’ng sinabi sa akin ng Erpats ko yun napaisip ako. Bata pa lang ako nagising ako sa katotohanan. Doon ako nagsimulang mangarap,” he added.

In another post, Rendon said that instead of being discouraged by his father’s statement, he used it as a motivation to become successful on his own.

Rendon didn’t follow to the footsteps of his father, instead he decided to build a business empire and also decided to become a motivational speaker.
