Model and actress Maggie Wilson shared that the court favored her despite her former partner’s camp’s request to disallow her from seeing or talking to her son Connor.
In her Instagram post, Maggie said that the court denied Victor Consunji’s petition for a Temporary and Permanent Protection Order under the VAWC of 2004.
According to Maggie, Victor’s camp failed to prove that she was a threat to her son.
“The postings merely expressed the love and longings of a mother to her son who was separated from her. The respondent really missed her son, nothing more and nothing less,” the court decision read.
“There was no credible evidence to support a finding that Respondent committed psychological violence against her son. There is no reason to prohibit the Respondent from communication with her son. As a mother, the respondent has the right and duty to communicate with her son,”
Maggie was thankful for the court’s decision and called it ‘good news.’
Meanwhile, Victor’s camp has yet to give their response to the court decision.
It can be recalled that in 2023, Victor filed charges against Maggie, accusing the model of cheating on him.
However, Maggie insisted that she didn’t become unfaithful to her husband.
