Turista lang? Lawyer wants to deport Chloe San Jose if she’s an Australian Citizen

A lawyer believed that Chloe San Jose must be deported back to Australia if she was proven to be an Australian Citizen.

In a Facebook post, Atty. Wilfredo Garrido said that if Chloe gave up her Filipino citizenship, there was a possibility that she was only in the country as a tourist.

Garrido cited that as a tourist, Chloe was not allowed to work here in the country and she may face deportation for not following the law.

“That means she can’t work. Which is exactly what she is doing, claiming that she is not depending on Caloy because she is earning money in her own right parading her assets on Tiktok in various states of undress. Those are taxable income,” the lawyer said.

“She has appeared on ASAP at least twice, one blamed for Typhoon Carina. She must have earned talent fees therefrom. She also has endorsed a skin care product being extensively covered sashaying in a grand entrance and undergoing some sort of facial treatment in an ad. Again, that must have earned her and Caloy quite a sum,” he added.

Garrido also added that Chloe was not behaving correctly as a tourist, especially to the parents of her boyfriend, Carlos Yulo.

“This girl doesn’t behave like a visitor. She acts like she owns the Philippines,” he stated.

The lawyer said he would apologize if Chloe had proven that she acquired dual citizenship and didn’t give up her Filipino citizenship entirely.
