Talent manager and showbiz reporter Ogie Diaz expressed his concern about the possible consequences of Lexter Castro, a.k.a. Boy Dila’s controversy, for his future plans.
In his online program ‘Showbiz Updates,’ Ogie discussed the criticism Lexter received from the netizens due to his unapologetic behavior after his actions at the ‘Wattah, Wattah’ festival.
It can be recalled that Lexter went viral on social media after his unruly behavior during the festival was caught on camera.
According to Ogie, the issue might have long-term effects on Lexter and even affect his future career.
“Nagwo-worry ako dito kay Boy Dila. In the future ‘pag papasok siya ng trabaho baka lang hindi siya tanggapin,”
“Dahil ‘pag iginoogle ‘yong pangalan niya, patay, ikaw pala ‘to. Ayaw namin ng mag-aakyat ka ng pangit na reputasyon dito sa aming kompanya,” he added.
Ogie then joked that it would be better for Lexter to build his own business.
Lexter was currently being hunted by the San Juan City LGU as per Mayor Francis Zamora’s order.
Zamora had already announced that he would give Castro an unforgettable lesson.
“Ipapatawag ko siya at kakausapin ko siya personally, sisiguraduhin ko na matututo siya ng leksyon. Yung masakit na leksyon na maalala niya habambuhay para hindi niya ulitin ulit,” said Zamora.
