Instead of apologizing, internet celebrity Whamos Cruz defended himself and criticized the people who quickly judged him for allegedly unauthorized use of clips for his “Piliin Mo Ang Pilipinas” entry.
It can be recalled that a content creator discovered that Whamos had used some of his clips without asking for his permission.
In response, Whamos mentioned the original owner of the clips in his comment section.
Amid the criticism he received, Whamos insisted that he was not at fault during the incident as the one who copied the clip was his editor.
Whamos, known for encouraging people to gamble, insisted that the clips were used for a better cause.
However, most netizens didn’t buy Whamos’ explanation.
