Television host Robert Alejandro was emotional while being interviewed about his caregiver who allegedly took his life savings worth P3-M to play ‘Online Sabong.’
In an interview, Robert couldn’t believe that his caregiver would take his money despite being fully aware of his situation.
It can be recalled that the television host was battling cancer, which prevented him from working.
According to the report, Robert discovered his life savings were already missing last December 17.
He believed his caregiver used his phone every time he slept.
The suspect was identified as Deo Angeles, who only worked for the television host for two months.
Meanwhile, authorities were investigating how Deo accessed E-Sabong despite being banned since 2022.
