Ruby Rodriguez inamin na nami-miss na ang kanyang mga Dabarkads sa E.A.T, bukas parin na magbalik sa Pilipinas: “When the price is right”

Former Eat Bulaga host Ruby Rodriguez finally appeared publicly several months after she decided to leave the Philippines to work abroad.

In an interview with Wendy Lindo, Ruby talked about her fresh start in America to work at the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles, California, and about her children.

During their discussion, Ruby also admitted that she still longed to host again, as she had been in that profession for 31 years.

Ruby was also open to returning to the Philippines on one condition.

“I miss it, kaya lang when they say ‘so you’re not going back to the Philippines anymore, ‘you’re not going to do movies anymore, not to do drama anymore,’ I said, ‘let’s not say never,'” she said.

“‘So are you going back?’ my favorite answer is ‘when the price is right,'” she added.

Ruby also said that she really misses her Eat Bulaga Dabarkads, especially Pauleen Luna.

“I miss her (Pauleen) so much. We are always together. We are inseparable.. it’s so funny because she is the youngest female host, and I am the eldest, pero kaming dalawa ang nag-click,” she stated.

“And then nami-miss ko ‘yung bonding with the boys, sila Paulo, kasi para lang kaming magkakapatid, you know.. when we dress-up, we dress-up in front of each other and hindi kami nahihiya… kasi para kaming brothers and sisters.

“I miss the lunch together, I miss laughing na parang walang dull moments at saka everyday nagkikita-kita kami pero iba-iba ‘yung pinag-uusapan namin.”

It can be recalled that Ruby left Eat Bulaga in May 2021 due to her own decision to live with her family abroad.
