The suspect behind Jang Lucero slay was reportedly gained her freedom after her charges against her were dismissed.
In a post netizen, Omar De Leon claimed that the charges against Ann Sheila Montes Belarmino were dismissed and now removed from the custody of the Philippine National Police after being there for two days.
Belarmino was one of the six suspects on Lucero’s slay.
De Leon thanked the people who believed that Belarmino was innocent.
“JANG LUCERO CASE DISMISSED AGAINST Ann Shiela Montes Belarmino.
“We’re now all waiting for the true justice for Jang Lucero and her family. The truth will always prevail,”
“Thank you so much, Atty. Joel Huertas for the big help and support for us! The whole family extends their thanks to you. God bless!”
To prove his claims, De Leon posted a photo of Belarmino family, waiting for the arrival of Ann Sheila.
In another post, De Leon described Belarmino as a sweet girl.
De Leon said.
She was put under the custody of PNP Calabarzon on Wednesday.
According to the authorities, a woman with the same tattoo as Belarmino was spotted in CCTV footage before Lucero’s demise.
Yesterday, Belarmino insisted that she’s innocent and was drinking with her friends during the time when the victim has gone missing.
“Hindi po ako ‘yong nasa video. Puwedeng katulad lang ng buhok ko or ginaya ‘yong tattoo ko dahil noong time na ‘yon ay wala ako doon at nakikipag-inuman ako sa ibang lugar,” Belarmino said.
