The driver who was involved in a traffic-rule argument with a female motovlogger was not planning to withdraw the charges he was planning to file against the latter.

In a Facebook post, the driver, Jimmy Pascua, and his family announced their intention to file multiple charges against motovlogger Yanna for allegedly defaming him and posting their encounter on social media without his permission.

According to some legal experts, Yanna may have committed a privacy violation against Pascua.

Yanna returned to Zambales to talk personally to Pascua, but she failed to meet the latter.

“Earlier, di po namin naabutan si Kuya Jimmy Pascua in his house, and in his work to personally apologize, so I would like to take this opportunity to say sorry to Kuya Jimmy for what I’ve cost,” she said.

“Of course, as well as to those people who got dragged into the issue,” she added.

Meanwhile, Harry James Pascua, who introduced himself as the son of the driver, said that they wanted to teach the motovlogger a lesson.

“Hinding-hindi po kami magpapa-areglo. Grabe pong kahihiyan ang binigay mo sa Papa ko ma’am. Tinanggalan mo siya ng dignidad! Dapat po sa inyo ay maturuan ng leksyon,” he said.
