Senator Raffy Tulfo revealed surprising information related to the suspicious occurrence of lotto winners under the leadership of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office General Manager Mel Robles.
Tulfo discovered that there were two winners who won the jackpot multiple times in just 30 days, prompting the lawmaker to assume that there was fishy happening in PCSO.
“Ito nga po ang sabi ko medyo nakakataas ng kilay, meron doon na isang tao nanalo ng 20 times in one month. Meron doon 10 times in one month,” said Tulfo in an interview with DZBB.
“Siguro baka magkapangalan pero still pare-pareho ‘yung premyo ang pinanalunan…Paulit-ulit in one month… Lalong tumambak ang mga questions,” he added.
It can be recalled that Tulfo already noticed that people winning the lotto jackpot were becoming more and more frequent.
He suspected that the implementation of e-lotto contributed to the frequent winners.
“Bakit tuwing draw, parati na lang may nananalo? Ngayon, wala nang palya. Noon, nung wala pa itong e-lotto, sobrang tagal bago manalo ang kahit sino. Minsang umaabot ng isang buwan, dalawang buwan,” said Tulfo.
“Bakit tuwing draw, may nananalo na? Ngayon, walang mintis. Samantalang noon panahon na wala pa tong E-lotto, ang tagal bago panalunan. Inaabot ng isang buwan, dalawang buwan,” he added.
Meanwhile, Robles said that PCSO can easily investigate the legitimacy of Tulfo’s revelation.
