Bea Alonzo finally admitted the end of her engagement with Dominic Roque several weeks after the rumor came out.
In her statement, Bea said that their breakup decision was mutually agreed upon and even attempted to fix it.
However, Bea hinted that they discovered more secrets along the way, so she decided not to pursue it.
“After much thought, consideration, and care, we have mutually decided to amicably end our engagement. It was not an easy decision. We wanted to have more time to carefully deliberate and pray about it, but there have been many speculations, questions, and insults,” said Bea.
She was also saddened that many people already announced the breakup without waiting for her official statement.
“Unfortunately, some even confirmed out break-up without our consent, and some created ridiculous stories that had no basis and were utterly false, so we felt the need to share this announcement with great sadness for our peace of mind and our families,” she stated.
Bea then asked the netizens to give them privacy as they were facing a tough situation.
