Leyte 4th District Rep. Richard Gomez said that he was ready to return on showbusiness after several years of focusing on his role as a public servant.
In a report released by the Philippine Star, Richard said that he was ready to be paired with any younger actress, even to Andrea Brillantes who’s very popular now.
When asked if he was ready to have some romantic scenes with Andrea, Richard said that he was ready if it was required in their project.
“Kung willing sila di ba? Who am I to say no?” he said.
Richard is 37 years older than Andrea.
Andrea has yet to give any comment on the statement made by the lawmaker.
It can be recalled that Aga Mulach and Julia Barretto were also paired in a movie despite their big age gap.
The said movie, “Ikaw Pa Rin ang Pipiliin Ko” received mixed reaction from the netizens.
Some even said that the big age difference between Aga and Julia made the two lack of chemistry.
