Jiro Manio went viral again on social media after he appeared on the online program ‘Pinoy Pawnstar.’
In the said episode, Jiro visited Jayson ‘Boss Toyo’ Luzadas’ shop to sell one of the most important things he achieved as a child actor, the Gawad Urian Trophy he won in 2004.
Jiro won the award after his excellent performance in the 2003 Magnifico movie.
Jiro offered the said trophy for P500,000; however, Jayson, who’s known for his bargaining skills, lowered the price to P75,000 after a short negotiation.
“Five hundred thousand? Hmmm five hundred thousand.
Kung bibilhin ko ba ‘to ng five hundred, would there be any potential buyer ba in the next few years? Yun ang lagi kong iniisip,” he added.
Meanwhile, Jiro explained that he sold the said trophy because he believed that Jayson would display it in a museum someday.
