Andrea Brillantes’ went viral on social media after her past interview with Boy Abunda was reuploaded on the internet amid her alleged involvement in the separation between Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo.
In an interview with Boy in 2019, Andrea expressed her appreciation for her former love team, Seth Fedelin, whom she compared to her ultimate crush, Daniel Padilla.
Like KathNiel, Andrea said that she also wanted a love team who would also love her behind the camera.
“Pinagdasal mo talaga na magkaroon ka ng isang Daniel Padilla sa buhay mo?” Boy asked.
“Opo, dati mga two years ago pero consistent po ako magdasal ‘non pero hindi po talaga like na parang mismong Daniel Padilla,” said Andrea. “Pinagdasal ko lang.. kasi madami ng pinartner sakin tapos bilang fan ng KathNiel gusto ko na may marating din ako.. na parang may pagka Daniel Padilla talaga,”
“Sabi ko ‘Lord hindi naman kailangan katulad niya pero ‘yung magkakatulong sa akin as in ‘yung strong na bond,” she added.
The said video recirculated on social media after she was accused of being behind the break up of Daniel and Kathryn.
Andrea kept mum on the issue despite the circulating claims from several showbiz reporters that she was secretly meeting with Daniel.
