Ben Tulfo defends Tito Sotto and Helen Gamboa from critics comparing them to Vice and Ion

Journalist Ben Tulfo defended Tito Sotto and Helen Gamboa from being compared by It’s Showtime fans to Vice Ganda and Ion Perez.

It can be recalled that the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) summoned Vice and Ion after the two allegedly did ‘indecent’ actions during the ‘Isip Bata’ segment of the Kapamilya noontime show.

However, several fans asked the agency’s head, Lala Sotto to also summon Tito, who’s her father because of the scene that the former senate president did with his wife during the 44th anniversary episode of E.A.T.

But according to the journalist, there’s nothing wrong with what Tito and Helen did.

“Ganoooonnn?! Oh come’on!” he added.

Most fans of Ben agreed with what the journalist said, saying that it was normal for a husband and wife to express love to each other.

“Showing love to his wife hindi harutan,” netizen HJ said.
