E.A.T patuloy ang pagbulusok ng rating, ngunit inaasahan na babawi sa Sabado

TV5’s noontime show ‘E.A.T’ rating continued to decrease amid complaints from the televiewers about the program’s lack of segment and content.

According to the data released by Nielsen Philippines, E.A.T’s rating decreased by 0.2% on July 6, 2023, while its competitor Eat Bulaga increased its viewership by 0.2%

Meanwhile, ABS-CBN’s noontime show It’s Showtime’s rating didn’t move.

Some netizens attributed the continuous decrease of E.A.T to the show’s lack of segment and content.

According to them, they felt empty while watching the two-and-a-half-hour program.

“Bakit bumaba? sobrang boring ng dugtungan ng #EATtv5. pinahahaba segments para umabot ng 2.5 hrs ang show. kulang sila sa segments/games. akala ko sumama sa kanila yung mga utak ng EB segments sa gma7. yung ibang hosts korni na mga hirit. marami-raming ganap sa showtime at sa EB.” netizen Pinoy said.

“I love dabarkads but his Da Bar segments pang studio audience lang not for tv viewers, kung wala sina Allan, Carren at guest singer boring siya. Mas maganda kung ilagay na lang siya tuwing Saturday time for family gathering #EATTV5,” netizen Kimberly commented.

However, several fans were hopeful that the noontime show produced by TVJ Productions would introduce more segments this coming Saturday, including Sugod Bahay.

“Ok na sana yung buong show pero bumalik uli sa kantahan at may pacontest pa. Ang bakya lang ng datingan eh. Pinahaba nyo na lang sana yung babala wag ganun if may sobrang time kung d pa pwede yung sugodbahay,” netizen @carmexislife suggested.
