Influencer Xander Ford couldn’t hide his sadness while celebrating his 24th birthday.
Xander might be celebrating the most unforgettable birthday of his life as he was being criticized for pleading for financial support from celebrities after spending too much money on the baptism of his child.
It can be remembered that Xander spent P349,000 during the said event after expecting that influencer Christian Merck Grey would shoulder all the expenses.
In his Facebook post, Xander said that he also invited people to attend his birthday celebration but no one accepted his call.
He blamed his fading popularity and lack of money for losing his friends.
“Happy birthday self kaya natin ito kahit wala ng tao ang gustong kasama tayo nakakamiss lang nung panahon na dipa ako sikat palagi akong nag birthday na may kasama kahit hindi garbo,” Xander said.
“Birthday ko bukas miski isa walang tao na bumati sa akin or maalala ako ngayun ko lang na pag tanto na pag wala kang pera walang tao ang gugustuhin ka maging kaibigan,” he added.
Xander then decided to just simply celebrate his birthday together with his family.
Netizens then reminded Xander that his experience should become a lesson for him to become humble and avoid fake friends in the future.
