Joel Mondina, popularly known as ‘Pambansang Kolokoy’ slammed a statement from his former partner Marites Mondina about his alleged affair with another woman.
It can be recalled that in an interview with Kami.ph, Marites said that she was not surprised by the news about the new partner of her former husband.
Pambansang Kolokoy was being linked to former Eat Bulaga host Gladys Gueverra that was seen in several videos of the influencer.

“It’s not new to me anymore. She called and told me about the affair last year.” Marites said.
However, Joel responded to the news article, calling it ‘one-sided’, saying that the news website didn’t even ask for his defense.
“Puro ka fake news kasi lagi kang one sided! Bat di mo din kunin side ng iba?! Anong ‘affair?’ Baka magulat ka pag sinabi kong nag-file na ng UNCONTESTED divorce ‘yan beginning year of 2021. Do the math!” Joel said.
An uncontested divorce means that the two parties came to an agreement about all the major issues before trial, making it easier to process their legal separation.
The influencer also said that he might be forced to speak about their separation if ever that Marites didn’t stop granting an interview about their issue.
“Ang dami na niyang nasasabi na masasama tungkol sa akin pero ni minsan hindi ako nagsalita. Pero kung gaano kadami mga sinabi tungkol sa akin, triple naman ang sa akin.” he said.
“Ayaw kong magsalita against her pero pag pinilit ako, magsasalita ako,” he added.
