Tito, Vic, and Joey to boycott Boy Abunda: “Parang masyadong pabor ang mga tanong ni Kuya Boy “

Legendary Eat Bulaga trio Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon reportedly wanted to boycott any attempt of Boy Abunda to interview them about the issue of the longest-running noontime show.

It can be remembered that Tito already granted an interview to several showbiz reporters, including Cristy Fermin, Nelson Canlas, and the Philippine Entertainment Portal.

However, netizens noticed that the former senate president has yet to grant any interview to the ‘King of Talk’.

According to talent manager Ogie Diaz, it was reported that TVJ refused to be interviewed with Abunda because of his interview with Television and Production Exponents Inc. (TAPE Inc.) CFO Bullet Jalosjos.

“Parang feeling daw ng kampo ng TVJ, parang masyadong pabor ang mga tanong ni Kuya Boy kay Bullet. Parang beforehand daw e nag-usap si Bullet at si Kuya Boy bago sumalang si Bullet sa interview,” Diazsaid.

Sotto started to speak publicly about the issue between Tape Inc. executives after the said interview with Abunda.

Sotto said that Jalosjos made inaccurate statements about the real situation of Eat Bulaga, saying that not all the talents of the noontime show were paid like what the latter said.

The host also denied that Eat Bulaga was losing money like what Jalosjos claimed, saying that the noontime show earned hundreds of millions of pesos during the campaign period.
