A nanny was facing serious charges after she brought the 2-month-old baby of her employer while meeting her boyfriend.
The nanny has been identified as Janen Nacorda, 19, a resident of Cebu City was facing complaints from her employer for disregarding the safety of their baby.
According to the report, Nacorda met her boyfriend in the City of Naga, Southern Cebu.
The parents thought that Nacorda already stole their child after suddenly going missing, but later on, they found out that she was only dating her boyfriend.
However, meeting her boyfriend was not a good reason for the complainants to stop filing charges against the nanny.
Meanwhile, Nacorda explained that she brought the baby because no one could take care of the child.
“Magkikita dapat sila ng boyfriend niya para mag gala. Kaya dinala niya ‘yung sanggol kasi walang mag-aalaga kapag umalis siya,” Lieutenant Colonel William Homoc of Naga City Police said.
The authorities found Nacorda waiting for her boyfriend at her friend’s house.
Nacorda apologized for her actions.
