Actress and Councilor Aiko Melendez made a lengthy post addressed to young celebrities and those who wanted to work in showbusiness.

In her post, the actress shared how she was being held by talent manager Ogie Diaz, who coincidentally formerly managed Liza Soberano.

According to her, she gave her complete trust to Ogie, and even their contract was only verbal and without any legal documents.

She said that while talents were the ones who had the last decision on every matter, celebrities should still consider the advice being given to them by their talent managers.

Aiko also reminded other celebrities not to forget where they came from if they had already achieved the popularity they dreamed of.

“Naniniwala ako sa salitang What comes around Goes around.

“Sa nga baguhan ngayon ang payo ko lang be Humble enough to admit that whatever achievement you have achieved in life is not just about you! Its about the people around you na me malasakit sayo na pagandahin ang karera mo matuto magpasalamat.” she stated.

Netizens couldn’t stop asking if Aiko was taking a swipe against Liza, who can be remembered complaining about how she was handled by the people surrounding her while being managed by Ogie.
