Chinese National who hurts Makati traffic enforcer arrested

A Chinese National who has gone viral on social media yesterday after she was caught badmouthing and hurting traffic enforcers and a cyclist was arrested by the authorities.

The complainant Jefferson Sosa y Reyes narrated that yesterday, around 5:15 PM while riding his bicycle along Makati Avenue, he saw the suspect identified as Dong Li, 27, a temporary resident of Makati, disrespecting and hurting the traffic enforcers.

When he approached the Chinese National, the latter suddenly hit him with her umbrella and used her fist to damage his face.

The incident was captured and uploaded by netizen Jayson Boongaling and it received 32,000 reactions as of writing.

Dong Li is now facing charges for physical injury and disobedience to person in authority.

It’s not yet known if Dong Li is going to be deported for her actions.

Meanwhile netizens wanted Dong Li to be jailed in the country.

“Sa bansa nila pag ginawa mo yung ginawa nya.. panigurado matindi Yung sasapitin mo.. dapat dto my batas din na kapag ang dayuhan my ginawang kasalan..my patikim na malupit..ung hnd nila malilimutan..tutal ganon lang din naman ginagawa ng mga dayuhan sa ofw,” netizen Rhey Ding remarked.

Chinese workers in the Philippines received unpopularity among Filipinos.

Some politicians are even pushing to close down Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs) in the country to end the proliferation of Chinese working in the country.
