It seems that no one could stop the actor Robin Padilla from criticizing the practices of ABS-CBN and its talents.

In an Instagram post, Padilla revealed an alleged practice of the “Ang Probinsiyano” leading star and director Coco Martin when a netizen compared the veteran action star to the latter.

The netizen asked Padilla why he didn’t choose to direct shows and imitate the practice of Coco Martin who’s known for helping struggling actors and hiring them as talent.

As a response, Padilla said that he doesn’t have any interest in making movies as he already saw many times what’s happening behind the cameras.

He asked the netizen to tell Coco Martin to stop pouring water into his sleeping crews.

In 2018, Coco was accused of splashing water on some talents of Ang Probinsiyano, however, some of his supporters explained that this is only a prank in the set of the television show.

Padilla also mentioned John Lloyd Cruz as an example of actors like him who are already tired of making shows.

The netizen suspected that Padilla is hiding a grudge towards his former network, but the actor denied it, explaining that he’s only telling the truth.

Peace be with you,” Padilla said.

Padilla then mentioned another practice of ABS-CBN where the actors don’t receive any share when their shows were uploaded on Youtube or other streaming media services.

Meron pa ngayon silang tv plus, i want tv , kbo at kung ano ano pa. Yung eksena natin sa tv ilalagay sa youtube channel nila kumikita po sila uli pero ni singko wala po tayo kapamilya,” he told the netizen.

Padilla started to be vocal against ABS-CBN several days ago after the Office of the Solicitor General filed a quo warranto petition against the television network.

He even challenged his colleagues in showbusiness to reveal their contracts and compare it to the simple employees of their networks if they’re really fighting for the rights of the workers.
