President Rodrigo Duterte is currently resting right now after he fell off in his motorcycle during at Presidential Security Group (PSG) compound in Manila yesterday.

The news was revealed by Senator Christopher “Bong” Go who even recorded the President before the incident happened.

According to Go, the President only wanted to ride a motorcycle because its his hobby and it’s really hard for him to drive outside because of security reasons.

Go said that Duterte got two motorcycles, the second one is a little bit high for the President

“Yung pangalawang motor na sinakyan niya medyo mataas, yung height niya e medyo nahirapan siya. Pagliko, pagbalik niya…biglang sumemplang, medyo natukod niya dito,” Go said while pointing to his left elbow,” he said.

“Masakit ang balakang… I’m worried kagabi sabi ko nga kung may iba pa siyang nararamdaman,” he added.

However, the Senator said that the President is still in good condition and can even walk after that incident.

“Nakapaglakad. Medyo ano lang, iika-ika. Alam mo si Pangulo hindi magpapahalata yan kung nasasaktan siya,” he said.

“I would like to assure the nation that the President is safe, in good hands and in good health,” presidential spokesperson Salvador Panelo said
