National Capital Region Police Office Director Major General Guillermo Eleazar confronted another policeman who’s using shabu in his house in Sampaloc, Manila.
The surveillance of RDEU and RSOU of NCRPO caught PO1 Ferdinand Rafael using shabu while being videoed using a camera placed at their table.
Rafael sold shabu worth of P1,000 to the poseur-buyer, after that the members of NCRPO immediately apprehended the cop.
Eleazar also went directly in the suspect’s house to see the paraphernalia, including 11 sachets of shabu confiscated by the authorities to Rafael and to also give some lecture to the bad cop.
However, unlike what he did in Quibete, Eleazar remains calm while talking to the suspect.
Authorities brought Rafael at Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig to present to the members of the media.
The NCRPO top cop also expressed again his frustration over the police who are continuing in doing bad things despite their warnings.
Eleazar said that their operations against shabu users and pushers could not be successful if some cops are also using or selling the said illegal substance.
“Kailangan dapat tayo mismong miyembro ng PNP ang manguna sa pag papatupad nito, at hindi pu-pwede na may mga kasamahan tayong kagaya nito (Rafael) na involve sa droga,” Eleazar said.
“Wala ka ng pinagkaiba doon sa mga nag gagawa ng extortion na nahuhuli,” Eleazar told the suspect.
According to him, PNP doesn’t need cops like Eleazar because many more deserving people are willing to serve the country as law-enforcers.
He vowed that Rafael would be removed from service.
“We will work for the dismissal, hindi namin kailangan ng ganitong police, sisiguraduhin natin na matatangal ito sa serbisyo,” he said.
Eleazar became viral this week after he burst in anger while confronting a cop who’s involved in extortion activities.
