Despite having so much money because of his recent victory against Adrien Broner, Senator Manny Pacquiao is still showing his humble lifestyle.
Netizen Jonnel Panto Margate shared on his social media post that an unexpected customer went into a small wet market in General Santos City, and that is Senator Manny Pacquiao who’s buying fish and vegetables for his men at the Wild Card Gym located at the same place.
In the video posted by Margarte, Senator Pacquiao who’s wearing a green t-shirt is personally buying the fishes from the lucky fish vendor.
It seems that the Senator only brought a few members of his security team and he let the people to go near to him while he’s buying what he needed for his gym.
A lucky resident also asked the Senator for a photo and Pacquiao didn’t refuse.
After buying what he needed, Senator Pacquiao made his farewell to the crowd and went to hire a tricycle instead of using a luxury car like other politicians.
It seems that Pacquiao didn’t forget where he came from and still continuing his simple lifestyle.
Pacquiao came from a poor family and his successful boxing career made him one of the richest and powerful men in the country.
Several netizens couldn’t stop themselves from being amazed by Senator Pacquiao:
“Bilib ako. Dami ng pera duon pa rin sya bibili kung saan mas mura. I am sure alam nya mas nakakatulong yun sa mga nagtitinda. Nakakabilib ang ginawa nya. Kung iba pa yan bibili na lang gamit ang online para makapamalengke or nag utos sa mga tao. Still he wanted to buy sa tabi tabi na parang ordinary na tao lang. hands up! Swerte ng nagtitinda at mga tricycle driver.” Netizen Althea Halle said.
