The Department of Justice under the current administration of Pres. Rody Duterte has summoned former President Benigno Simeon Aquino III (Noynoy Aquino) together with two former Cabinet Secretaries to give response to the criminal charges thrown against them concerning the number of children who past away and severe illnesses inoculated with the controversial anti-dengue Dengvaxia vaccine.
As stated by the DOJ, a section of investigating prosecutors granted a subpoena compelling former Pres. Aquino and also his former aides to show up yesterday, May 15, 2018. Aquino together with Garin were even accused of violating election rules by using the vaccination program “to further the candidacy of Liberal Party presidential bet Mar Roxas as well as the other candidates of the Liberal Party, at the expense of innocent children, and their utter disregard of the Procurement Law.”
